We may collect and process the following data about you:

• Personal data including, for example, your name, e-mail address, password, and in certain instances, telephone number, data about your usage of the Products, data you provide in connection with your usage of the Products, and data collected by tracking technologies as further described in section 9 below that may identify you as an individual or allow online contact with you as an individual.
• Ventrive Pty Ltd does not collect or process credit or debit card (“Payment Card”) data. Apple, Google, PayPal and Stripo collect Payment Card data. Such payment processors generally provide us with some limited data related to you, such as a unique, anonymous token that enables you to make additional purchases using the data they’ve stored, and your card’s type, expiration date, billing address, and the last four digits of your card number.
• For individuals using the Services in connection with a corporate client account as described in section 6, business data such as your company name, and company email address to the extent that you or your company provides such data.
• Device information such as the hardware model, operating system and version, device identifiers set by your device operating system, and mobile network information (like your connection type, carrier and region).
• Standard log files when you use our Services, which include the type of web browser you use, app version, access times and dates, pages viewed, your IP address, and the page you visited before navigating to our websites.
• Data collected via tracking technologies, as fully described in section 9.
• We may obtain information about you from publicly available sources, marketing and advertising partners, consumer research platforms, and/or business contact databases.
• All the information you need to fill in the open text fields during account registration is mandatory. Any failure to complete that information or any response Ventrive Pty Ltd considers abnormal may result in Ventrive Pty Ltd refusing (or being unable) to process your request. You agree that the personal data you provide about yourself to Ventrive Pty Ltd will be current, accurate, complete and unequivocal.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain and improve our Services, including debugging to identify and repair errors, and developing new products and services. 
• Ensure that content provided by our Services is presented in the most effective manner for you and for your computer or other device.
• Answer your questions or requests for information or handle your complaints.
• Provide you with promotional communications, such as email, to the extent that you have provided consent and/or consistent with notice and any opt-out rights to receive such communications under applicable law.
• Notify you about updates or changes to Service features and content.
• Monitor and analyse trends, usage, and activities in connection with our Services. 
• Understand your broad, non-specific geographic location to help us identify groups of users by general geographic market (such as zip code, state or country).
• Inform Partners about your registration and use of the Services as described under Corporate Sharing in section 6.
• Personalise your online experience and the advertisements you see on other platforms, such as Facebook or Google, based on your preferences, interests, and browsing behaviour. 
• Detect, investigate and prevent fraudulent transactions and other illegal activities and protect the rights and property of Ventrive Pty Ltd and others, including enforcing our agreements and policies. The security of your personal data is important to us. We follow generally accepted standards to protect the personal data submitted to us, both during transmission and once it is received. 

We share information about you as follows and as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy or at the time of collection:

• With companies and contractors that perform services for us, including email service providers, payment processors, fraud prevention vendors and other service providers. 
• If we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation such as to comply with a subpoena, bankruptcy proceedings, or similar legal process, or in order to enforce or apply our agreements with you; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Ventrive Pty Ltd, our customers, or others. This includes exchanging data with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
• If we believe your actions are inconsistent with our user agreements or policies, if we believe you have violated the law, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of Ventrive Pty Ltd or others. 
• In connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by another company. 
• Between and among Ventrive Pty Ltd and our current and future parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and other companies under common control and ownership. 
• With your consent or at your direction. For instance, you may choose to share actions you take on our Services with third-party social media services via the integrated tools we provide via our Services.
• With third parties, such as Facebook, in order to serve Ventrive Pty Ltd advertisements on such third-party platforms, to the extent that you have consented to or have been provided with notice of, and an opportunity to opt-out of, such practices under applicable law.
• With your company, if your subscription is a Corporate Subscription, as described under section 6.
• If our service providers (e.g., hosting, IT maintenance, market analytics, and payment service providers) require this data to provide services to Ventrive Pty Ltd. We require all of our service providers to agree to maintain the confidentiality and security of your personal data.
• Your personal information is accessible to only a limited number of Ventrive Pty Ltd personnel who need access to the information to perform their duties. Please note, however, that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

If you sign up to receive promotional materials from us via email and/or push notifications we will use the data you give us to provide the communications you have requested. If you inform us that you wish to cancel email promotional materials by selecting “unsubscribe” at the bottom of such communication or by emailing us at contact@ventrive.com, we will remove you from our mailing list. Please be advised that if you opt-out, we may still send you non-promotional emails, such as those about your account or our ongoing business relations that are required to provide you with our Services. 

With your consent, we send promotional and other push notifications to your mobile device. You can deactivate these messages at any time by changing the notification settings on your mobile device.

Our company would like to make sure you are fully aware of all your data protection rights. Every user has, if applicable, the right to:

• Update certain account information you provide to us (such as your password, name and email address) by logging into your account or contacting us at contact@ventrive.com. You have the right to request copies of your personal data or for our company to transfer the data we have collected to another organization or directly to you under certain conditions. If you wish to disable your account, please contact us at contact@ventrive.com, but note that we retain certain information when required or permitted by law. We also retain cached or archived copies of information about you for a certain period of time.
• Request that our company restrict the processing of your personal data under certain conditions. You also have the right to object to our company’s processing of personal data under certain conditions. 
• Subject to certain limits and conditions provided under law, we honour the exercise of the right of access or deletion for all of our users, regardless of their location. Any Ventrive Pty Ltd user may exercise this right by contacting us at contact@ventrive.com.

Ventrive Pty Ltd is also offered through partnerships with organisations. Sometimes corporations, governments, hospitals, universities and other organisations and groups (“Partner(s)”) wish to make Ventrive Pty Ltd available to their members, employees and their families, patients, customers, residents or others. For example, employers may offer their employees and their families access to Ventrive Pty Ltd and brands that promote wellness may wish to offer Ventrive Pty Ltd through their loyalty programs. If you have registered to use our Services through a code, credential, or other means of registration furnished by a Partner, the Partner may have access to your name, email address, the date you registered to use the Services, and the date on which you last used the Services. 

All data you provide to us through our Services is stored on secure servers located in France (Europe), United States and Australia. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password that enables you to access certain parts of the Products, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone and suggest that you change your password frequently.

Unfortunately, the transmission of data via the Internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to the Products; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your data, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.

We retain personal data for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed unless applicable law requires storage for a longer period of time.
